Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Entry fees paid to participate in any challenge on The Pips Hunters platform are strictly non-refundable once a challenge has been initiated.

By completing payment and starting a challenge, you acknowledge and accept that the entry fee will not be returned regardless of the challenge outcome — whether you pass, fail, breach the drawdown limit, or choose to stop trading before the challenge concludes.

This policy reflects the nature of our service: the entry fee covers access to the evaluation environment and platform infrastructure, not a deposit or investment that can be returned.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same challenge due to a payment processing error.
  • Platform failure: if a demonstrable technical failure on our side prevented the challenge from starting at all (i.e., the simulated account was never created and no trading was possible).
  • Unauthorised transaction: if you can demonstrate that the payment was made without your knowledge or consent and you report it to us within 48 hours.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@thepipshunters.com within 7 days of the transaction date, including your account details and the reason for the request.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Challenges that have been started — even if no trades have been placed.
  • Challenges where the drawdown limit was breached or the time limit expired.
  • Challenges where a rule violation led to disqualification.
  • Dissatisfaction with challenge rules or payout terms.
  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Inability to trade due to personal circumstances, internet issues, or device problems.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in immediate and permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction, not at the time of the refund.
