All trading challenges on The Pips Hunters platform are conducted using simulated (demo) trading accounts. No real funds are traded in the financial markets on your behalf.

Simulated account performance may not reflect actual trading results that would be achieved in a live market environment due to factors including but not limited to: slippage, liquidity constraints, emotional decision-making, and market conditions at the time of real execution.

Entry fees paid to participate in a challenge are not investments, deposits, or contributions to any trading fund. They are fees for accessing the challenge platform and evaluation service.

Entry fees are entirely at risk and will not be returned regardless of challenge outcome. You should only participate using funds you can afford to lose.

Platform availability is subject to technical limitations. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be continuously available or error-free. System outages, connectivity failures, or data errors may affect challenge participation.

We are not liable for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from platform unavailability or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

The Pips Hunters LLC is incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands and operates challenge-based trading evaluation services. We do not hold a financial services license, as we do not manage client funds or execute trades on live markets.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in our challenges is permitted under the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. We do not accept participants from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.
