The Pips Hunters is operated by The Pips Hunters LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Our registered office is located in Majuro, Marshall Islands.

By accessing our website at thepipshunters.com or our trading dashboard at dashboard.thepipshunters.com, or by registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Pips Hunters provides trading skill evaluation challenges using simulated (demo) trading accounts. These challenges are designed to assess a trader's ability to manage risk and achieve consistent returns under defined conditions.

Important: All challenges are conducted on simulated accounts. No real money is traded on your behalf. Entry fees are paid for the right to participate in a challenge and are not investments, deposits, or contributions to a trading fund.

Payouts to successful participants are made from The Pips Hunters' own operational funds, not from trading proceeds.

We do not provide financial advice, investment management, or brokerage services. Nothing on this platform constitutes a financial recommendation.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be permanently banned and any pending payouts forfeited.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of The Pips Hunters are not eligible to participate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@thepipshunters.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

Each challenge has specific rules, objectives, and payout multipliers as described on the platform. By entering a challenge, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Entry fees are non-refundable once a challenge has been started, regardless of outcome.
• A challenge begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Payout amounts are determined by the entry fee and the applicable multiplier for each challenge tier.
• We reserve the right to modify challenge parameters with 7 days' notice. Challenges already in progress will not be affected.
• We reserve the right to void a challenge result if we have reasonable grounds to believe rules were violated.

Successful challenge completions are subject to verification before payout is approved. Verification may include identity checks (KYC) and review of trading activity.

• Payouts are processed within 24 hours of approval. If we miss this window, we add $1,000 to the participant's next challenge balance as compensation.
• Payouts may be issued via bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, or USDT, as selected by the participant.
• Participants are responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations arising from receiving a payout in their jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to withhold a payout if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, rule violations, or money laundering.

The following activities will result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of any pending payouts:

• Use of third-party trading signals or copy trading to circumvent the spirit of the challenge.
• Coordinated trading across multiple accounts to exploit challenge mechanics.
• Tick scalping, latency arbitrage, or any strategy that exploits platform infrastructure rather than market conditions.
• Use of Expert Advisors (EAs) where explicitly prohibited in challenge rules.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with platform systems.

All content on this platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, challenge designs, and website content — is the exclusive property of The Pips Hunters LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pips Hunters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in challenges.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the entry fee paid by you for the relevant challenge.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Marshall Islands, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
